Motion Applied and ATLAS GT E-Sports team host virtual race for university students ahead of Formula Hybrid and Electric event
Motion Applied, in partnership with the ATLAS GT E-Sports team, successfully hosted a virtual race for university students preparing for the Formula Hybrid and Electric event from April 28th to May 1st. Competing on the iRacing platform in the Ray FF, fifteen drivers lined up on the grid across two competitive heats.
The event provided students with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the challenges of the upcoming competition while connecting with like-minded peers. Expert support from iRacing enabled the race to run seamlessly, and MAJORS Garage supplied high-performance setups to ensure drivers had the tools needed to extract the best from their cars.
Joseph Richter, an Aeronautical Engineering student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, delivered an impressive drive to take the win.
